A kid on Reddit grabbed our attention with this question.

Ok, let’s expand a little.

We all feel insecure at times. The best way through those feelings is practice. And not just practice behind the keyboard.

If we could give Mr. Elephant advice it would be to:

1. Invest in education - We’re not talking $ here, time is a huge factor. Use the insecurity and anxiety to fuel your passion

2. Focus on mental health - It’s tough not to compare yourself to others, it’s human nature. But you need perspective. You don’t know what time and sacrifices others have made to get where they are. Focusing on the comparison itself is pointless. Put down the apps and grab a book. We recommend "The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching”

3. Make a plan - What do you want to be better at? “Hack anything they want” is not a thing. You need specifics. Pick the end goal, work backwards, and make a plan. Now that you have a plan, follow it until you’re sure that the plan either works, or it doesn’t. How long will that take? Re-assess after 6 months.

4. Teach someone - Mastery comes when you can teach what you know. But who should you teach? Learn a new technique and show your buddy. Nervous about what they’ll say? See #2

• Dwell time: 1217 DAYS!!!!!!!

• Notification time: who the hell knows, but the latest Feb 16, 2023

• Identity monitoring: None 🙄

Coverage is all over the webs, but something stated in the 10-K raised our suspicion.

Note that GoDaddy is using the language, “For examples,” which is purposefully not specific.

News outlets are using this date as the initial date of compromise and running with the “almost 3 years!”

But GoDaddy stated in April 2020 they discovered a compromise in October 19, 2019.

So, yes, GoDaddy has smashed the average dwell time (21 days in 2022) with their 1,217 day compromise.
